The Electro Harmonix Stereo Pulsar is a simple tremolo pedal that packs a good amount of tonal variation in to a small enclosure. When used in mono the Stereo Pulsar is a vintage voiced tremolo that comprises of the standard depth and rate knobs to control the amount and speed of the tremolo signal. The shape control allows you to further tweak the shape of the modulating wave form. This can be combined with the wave mode switch, allowing you to switch between a smoother triangle wave modulation to sharp, percussive square wave modulation. The Electro Harmonix Stereo Pulsar can also be run in stereo mode, creating a great real time panning effect between two amps.
Founded in 1968, Electro Harmonix are the original pioneers of the guitar stomp box world. The first company to really offer a wide range of affordable guitar pedals, Electro Harmonix is responsible for some of the most recognisable guitar tones in rock. Still designed and manufactured in New York, they continue to innovate as much as they have over the last 50 years.
