Q – Can I try a guitar before I buy it?
A – Yes, you can visit our Shoreditch store and make use of our stunning amp selection and demo space. Or if you want to order over the phone or via our website we are always happy to send high-res photos, just visit our contact page and send us a message!
Q – How can I pay for the item?
A – You can pay directly through our website; we accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, or you can apply for 0% finance using our website. Call us on 0207 729 9186 or email email@example.com if you’d like to talk to member of staff about a purchase.
Q – Is it possible to get more photos of a particular guitar?
A – Yes of course, we can email any high-res photos of our products on request. Just drop us an email or give us a call.
Q – How do you post guitars?
A – We ship guitars via DHL fully insured and packed to a high standard. Standard charge for overnight shipping is £10 for mainland UK. International prices will vary, for overseas postage please contact us for a quote.

Q – Do you accept trades/part exchanges?
A – Yes we do. Contact us with details of your guitar/s and we’ll go from there.
Q – I’d like to sell my guitar, what do I do?
A – First thing is to get in touch by phone or email. Visit our Sell your Guitar page for more info.
Q – Can I hold a guitar with a deposit?
A – Yes! A 20% deposit, or £200 (whichever is greater) will secure the guitar for 30 days. You are welcome to pay the balance at any point during this period. Deposits are non-refundable but we can offer a credit note if you choose not to go ahead with your purchase.
